Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. Our data protection measures include:

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Servers are hosted in secure, SOC 2 compliant data centers
• Row Level Security (RLS) policies restrict data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Admin access requires authenticated login credentials

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain player information in our database to streamline future registrations and maintain historical tournament records. Your data helps us pre-fill forms for returning players and track participation history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove your information from our database within 30 days.

• Supabase - Database hosting and authentication (data storage)
• Vercel - Website hosting (no personal data stored)
